OPKEDS began building IT systems for friends and family, out of their garage in the Uganda House, Nairobi. Many firms needed  databases and network structure that would facilitate growth with no downtime. We accepted the challenge and created an advanced system that enabled the firms to not only grow exponentially, but created a powerful online presence and functionality for them as well. Some Clients were thrilled with the results, and spread the word. Trained 200 TSC (Teachers Service Commission) staff on QuickBooks Accounting software and Power Point Presentations. Trained over 5000 Students from varies institutions and companies on computer application packages, web-design and programming. Developed the student registration, and processing database module, thereby improving student registration efficiency. Writing reports on market trends, course structures and pricing, hence disclosing the market competition trends to the board of directors at Belcom Computer Center.
